The “Science and Power of Meditation” Value Added Course is a professionally designed 30-hour program aimed at enhancing mental, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being through the practice of Rajyoga Meditation. The course focuses on developing self-awareness, emotional balance, positive thinking, stress management, and inner resilience by integrating scientific understanding with practical meditation techniques.
