The “Science and Power of Meditation” Value Added Course is a professionally designed 30-hour program aimed at enhancing mental, emotional, spiritual, and social well-being through the practice of Rajyoga Meditation. The course focuses on developing self-awareness, emotional balance, positive thinking, stress management, and inner resilience by integrating scientific understanding with practical meditation techniques. Through interactive sessions, guided practices, self-reflection activities, and experiential learning, participants will learn to build healthy relationships with themselves and others, connect with inner strengths, and apply meditation in daily life for holistic growth and well-being.

  • Understanding the need, importance, and effects of meditation in current times along with the role and power of the mind.
  • Learning the thought-destiny cycle, influence of beliefs, and practicing gratitude and positive affirmations.
  • Understanding the true self and the interconnection of mind, intellect, and sanskars (habits).
  • Learning de-programming and re-programming of negative habits and developing self-love, self-respect, and self-confidence.
  • Practicing soul consciousness and meditation techniques to improve awareness and concentration.
  • Understanding the Supreme and establishing a spiritual connection through Rajyoga Meditation.
