Proceedings Date/Timings Remarks and Instructions
Registration (Online only) 18th December 2025 to 31st December 2025
  • There will be NO ON-SPOT REGISTRATIONS.
  • Degree recipients MUST REGISTER ONLINE and carry their Convocation Hall ticket to the venue.
Entry through University Main Gates Due to VIP movement, gate entry may be restricted. Kindly ensure timely arrival on campus.
  • Entry will be through Convocation Hall ticket in PRINTED FORM ONLY. No electronic/soft copy will be considered.
  • The registered candidates and their accompanying guests must also carry government-issued valid ID proof in original, preferably Aadhaar Card and Passport in case of International Students.
  • All degree recipients are requested to arrive at the venue well in time to ensure a seamless process.
  • To streamline the movement of candidates, following entry arrangements have been put in place:
  • Pedestrian Entry: All Pedestrian will enter University through Gate 1B. No vehicles will be allowed from Gate 1A and Gate 1B
  • Vehicular Entry: Visitors travelling by their own vehicles will enter be through Gate No. 2 (Law Gate), from where they will walk towards the Convocation Venue.
Note: All vehicles will be parked in the parking space available outside the Gate No. 2 (Law Gate)
Academic Robes Collection by Degree Recipients 9th January 2026
(7:30 AM-10:30 AM)
  • Collection of Academic Robes from designated rooms as mentioned on Convocation Hall ticket
  • Hard copy of Convocation Hall ticket is mandatory for collecting the Academic Robes 
Seating inside the Convocation Venue
(for degree recipients and accompanying guests)
9:30 AM to 11:00 AM
  • A MAXIMUM OF 02 ACCOMPANYING GUESTS will be allowed with the degree recipient to the Convocation Venue.
  • Entry to venue will be through Convocation Hall ticket in PRINTED FORM ONLY. No electronic/soft copy shall be considered.
  • The seat numbers shall be allocated to the degree recipients and their accompanying guests at the time of robes collection only.
  • It is the duty of the degree recipient to ensure that they as well their accompanying guests occupy their seats timely in the Convocation Hall as per the seat number allocated to them.
  • It is advised to avoid carrying mobile phones, water bottles, cameras etc. are inside the convocation hall. The degree recipients or attendees bringing such items shall be individually responsible for safekeeping of their belongings.          
Convocation Ceremony 11:30 AM to 01:30 PM
  • For Security reasons, the entry inside the Convocation Hall will be closed at 11:00 AM.
Receiving degree from the University Dignitaries and Photography 01:30 PM onwards
  • After the completion of the Convocation ceremony, degree recipients will be called on stage according to their seat numbers for a photograph with the dignitaries.
  • Degree recipients are therefore advised to be seated strictly as per their designated seat numbers. 
Collection of Degree certificates by the Degree Recipients 01:30 PM onwards Degree certificates must be collected only from the room numbers as mentioned on the respective Convocation Hall ticket

Important Notes:

  • Non-Refundable Security of Rs. 750 for Robes will be charged from students at the time of online registration for Regular as well as Distance Education Programmes. The degree recipients are allowed to carry academic robes with them after completion of the convocation ceremony.
  • Rehearsal for medal winners will be conducted on 9th January 2026 at 09.30 A.M. in Baldev Raj Mittal Unipolis.
  • Medal winners, who do not attend the rehearsal, will not be given medals on the stage.
