Read the instructions given below and then proceed to the Convocation registration process:

• The 12th convocation of Lovely Professional University will be held for the class of 2024 and 2025 for Regular students and class of 2024 and 2025 for ODL/Online students on Friday, 9th January 2026.
• All degree recipients are required to make an online payment of Rs.750 (non-refundable) towards Convocation registration fee which includes the fee for academic robes to be worn by degree recipient during Convocation ceremony.
• The payment can be completed online using Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.
• On successfully completing the registration process, receipt will be generated immediately for the degree recipient confirming his/ her payment.
• The Convocation Hall Ticket is available for downloading to the registered students. Click Here to Download Hall Ticket.
• The degree recipient as well as the accompanying guest must carry their respective Convocation Hall ticket in the hard copy format.
• All students are mandatorily required to wear academic robes (Gown, Hood and Cap) for the Convocation ceremony.
• The academic robes must be collected by the degree recipient himself/herself only on the day of Convocation itself from designated rooms as mentioned on Convocation Hall Ticket.
• Academic Robes will be issued only once to degree recipient and that too only upon presentation of hard copy of Convocation Hall ticket to officials present in the issuing room.
• The degree recipients are allowed to carry academic robes with them after completion of Convocation ceremony.
• Each degree recipient is allowed to bring along at the most two guests only to the Convocation.
• The degree recipient will be able to register the details of accompanying guests at the time of completion of his/her own registration for the Convocation itself. There is no other separate mechanism/procedure for registration of accompanying guests.
• The hall ticket for the degree recipient and the accompanying guest will be verified at the University Main Gate and at the Convocation Venue as well.
• Strictly adhere to all timings specified on the Convocation Hall ticket and no laxity will be admissible with regard to these timings. All the degree recipients are therefore advised to arrive well in advance and occupy designated seat at the venue as per Convocation schedule which shall be shared on website shortly.
• Important: Only the actual registered degree recipient himself/herself will be allowed to receive the degree and no other person on the behalf of recipient will be allowed.
• Kindly verify and provide your correct credentials in the interface as the same information shall be used for all future communications.
