Hon’ble Vice President of India, Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan, has very kindly consented to be the Chief Guest and deliver the Convocation Address, while Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, Hon’ble Governor of Punjab, will preside over the Convocation Ceremony as the Presiding Officer.
