Guidelines for Allotment of Supervisor to Ph.D. Scholars

The interaction between supervisor and research scholar is a defining feature of Ph.D. Programmes. A positive and collaborative interaction between scholar and supervisor will enhance the scholar experience and increase the prospects for a successful outcome for the Ph.D. Programme.

The steps involved in the selection of supervisor allocation are:

• Scholar can review supervisor profiles through their personalized University Management System (UMS) account.
• Scholars can also view the research areas, publications and related achievements through this portal.
• This portal can also be used to book appointments with prospective supervisors and once finalized, the scholar can submit the supervisor allocation application to Centre for Research Degree Programme in Block-38-406.
