Paper submission (MAM 2026)

Review Process & Ethical Concern:

  • All manuscripts submitted to the MAM-2026 conference will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process and will be screened for plagiarism using standard plagiarism-detection software. Only papers with a similarity index below 10% will be considered for further review and process for possible publications in Scopus/WoS indexed Proceedings/Journals/Special issues/Book Series.
  • MAM-2026 follows a strict ethical publication policy. Manuscripts containing plagiarism or AI-generated content, including material produced using ChatGPT, will be treated as unethical and rejected at any stage, even after successful registration.

Author Guidelines

Originality Requirements

  • Submissions must present original, unpublished research.
  • The paper must not be under review elsewhere.
  • Extended versions of published papers are not allowed unless substantially revised (minimum 60% new content). In that case, the authors must highlight the changes and also merge the accepted/published paper. Similarity in such cases will be desk rejected.
Strict Anti-Plagiarism Policy
  • Zero tolerance for plagiarism.
  • Maximum overall similarity index: 10% with 15 consecutive words matching. More than 10% similarity will be desk rejected.
AI-Generated Content Policy (Strict)
  • Manuscripts must be written by the authors.
  • AI tools must not be used to generate scientific content, analysis, results, or references.
  • AI-generated literature reviews, methodology, or discussion sections are prohibited.
  • Fabricated or AI-hallucinated citations will lead to desk rejection.
  • AI tools may only be used for minor grammar or language polishing.
  • Authors must include a declaration confirming compliance with this policy in the manuscript.
Ethical and Review Requirements
  • Double-blind review: remove author identities from the manuscript.
  • Ethical clearance must be provided where applicable.
  • Data integrity must be maintained.
  • Authors must be prepared to provide datasets or code if requested.
Consequences of Policy Violation
  • Immediate desk rejection.
  • Removal from proceedings.
  • Notification to publisher.
Formatting manuscripts

Under Formatting manuscripts, please add the followings.

  • The page limit of the papers is 10 pages, including references, tables, and figures.
  • Format of the paper: latex and Word file template. Adherence to the templates will enhance the editorial process.
  • All the submissions must be double blinded in the initial submission. The accepted and camera-ready versions of the paper must include all the authors’ details including Name, Affiliations, and Email IDs.
