Abstract guidelines (ICSS-2026)

Instructions for Abstract

  • Authors must send Abstract written in English language (Font type Times New Roman and size 12, typed) single spaced on standard A4 sized paper.
  • Abstract should not be more than 200 words.
  • The title should be precise, short and informative. Title should be followed by author’s names and their affiliation.
  • The abstract can be submitted via Google sheet link https://tinyurl.com/ABISSC2025
  • Paper presenter name must be indicated by asterisk (*) symbol.

Submission Guidelines for Manuscript

  • Original Research: Submissions must present novel, unpublished work and should not be under review elsewhere.
  • Paper Format: Papers must follow the conference template, with a maximum length of 8 pages (including figures and references). Templates must be maintained while submitting the final camera-ready version of the paper after acceptance.
  • Scope Alignment: Papers must align with one or more of the conference tracks.
  • Ethical Compliance: Submissions must adhere to ethical research practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and inclusivity.
  • Plagiarism and AI content: Plagiarism must be less than 10% with 14 consecutive words. No AI-content is allowed.
  • Additional nominal charges will be applicable for the publication.
  • Authors are requested to submit the full-length paper as per the Journal’s format.
  • All the manuscripts should be submitted in the specific format via Google sheet link https://tinyurl.com/MAISSC2025.
  • Manuscript strictly not submitted in Template will be rejected.
  • Review Process: All the submitted papers will be reviewed by three experts and the final decision will be made on the majority of the expert decisions. The process is changeable based on the publisher’s requirements.
