Call for Proposals (ICEQ 2027)

The Conference Committee invites authors to submit a proposal for consideration for oral paper or poster presentation at the 9th International Conference on Education Quality (ICEQ 2027), January 6-8, at Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India. Oral paper presentations can describe original research or fully developed conceptual topics that align with the conference themes. Posters can be submitted for early-stage research, innovative projects, or practical works-in-progress. Note that conference presentations will primarily be in-person. Contributions are encouraged from a wide range of disciplinary, theoretical, and methodological perspectives. The Best Research Paper and Best Poster Award will be given at the event.

Confirmation of receipt of the abstract will be communicated within two working days.

Submissions are welcomed from:
  • Academicians and subject experts
  • Educational administrators and leaders
  • Teacher educators and practitioners
  • Ph.D. Students
  • Under graduate and Post graduate Students
  • Other stakeholders with an interest in the conference themes

Proposal Requirements

Each proposal should be submitted in English and include the following information:

Confirmation of receipt of the abstract will be communicated within two working days.

  • Presentation title
  • Presentation type (Oral Paper or Poster)
  • Name(s), professional titles, institutional or organizational affiliation, and location (city and country) for all author(s)
  • Corresponding author’s email address
  • Proposal abstract that clearly describes the purpose of the presentation, its methodology or approach (where applicable), key findings or anticipated outcomes, and its relevance to the conference theme. The abstract should be 150–200 words in length.
  • 3-5 keywords

Proposals should be original, unpublished, and well-organized with mistake-free language. APA7 formatting should be used for any headings, in-text citations, and references.

Review Process

All abstracts will undergo peer review by the Conference Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified of the review outcome following the evaluation process on November 15, 2026. Accepted presenters will receive instructions for conference registration and submission of a full paper for publication consideration.

Guidelines for Posters

Accepted poster sessions should prepare printed posters measuring 3x4 feet, portrait orientation. Text should be readable from a distance of six feet. Illustrations with text can be used. Posters can be printed on any printing material of choice, such as paper, sun board, and vinyl.

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

Accepted papers and poster sessions will be invited to submit full papers for potential publication in a Scopus Indexed Edited Book published by Taylor & Francis Publishers following the conference. Full papers must be original, unpublished, and well-organized with mistake-free language. Full papers will undergo peer and editorial review. The following will be required for the full papers:

  • Language: English
  • File: docx /.doc /.rtf
  • Paper Size: A4
  • Margin: 1” / 2.54 cm on all four sides
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font Size: 12
  • Line Spacing: 2
  • Limit: 2000-5000 words excluding abstract and references
  • Cover page: Title, Name of the Author(s), Institutional/Organization Affiliation(s), Location(s), and corresponding author email address
  • Abstract: 150-200 words
  • 3-5 keywords
  • References must be cited in alphabetical order by following APA format, 7th edition
  • Graphs and Tables: On separate sheets and must be utilized only to focus on the essential data.
