Author Submission Guidelines (ICCCET 2025)

General Guidelines

  • Papers must align with one or more of the conference tracks and emphasize technological innovation for sustainability.
  • Plagiarism must be less than 15% with no more than 15 consecutive words being plagiarized. No AI-generated content is permitted.
  • Manuscripts must be full-length, novel, and unpublished, and should not be under review elsewhere.

1. Manuscript Length

  • Maximum of 7 pages, including figures, tables, and references.

2. Formatting

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 10 pt, single column.
  • Margins: Top: 2.5 cm, Bottom: 2.5 cm, Left: 2.5 cm, Right: 2.5 cm.
  • Title: 14 pt bold, centered.
  • Author Information: Include author names, affiliations, and email addresses.

3. Structure

  • Abstract: 150–200 words.
  • Keywords: 4–6 keywords (single or compound words).
  • Main Text Sections: May include Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion.
  • References: Must be in APA style.

4. Figures & Tables

  • Figures: High resolution (≥300 dpi, JPG/PNG/TIFF).
  • Tables: Must be numbered consecutively with clear titles.
  • All figures and tables must be cited in the text.

5. References

  • Use APA format (author–year citation).
  • Recommended: At least 15–20 recent references.
  • Examples:
    • Journal: Smith, J. (2023). Title of paper. Journal Name, 12(3), 45–56.
    • Book: Brown, P. (2020). Title of book. Springer.

7. Review & Publication

  • All papers will undergo peer review.
  • The final decision will be based on the majority of the expert decision.
  • Accepted papers will be published in Springer Proceedings (Scopus-indexed).
