Submissions must present original, unpublished research.
The paper must not be under review elsewhere.
Extended versions of published papers are not allowed unless substantially revised (minimum 60% new content). In that case, the authors must highlight the changes and also merge the accepted/published paper. Similarity in such cases will be desk rejected.
Strict Anti-Plagiarism Policy
Zero tolerance for plagiarism.
Maximum overall similarity index: 10% with 15 consecutive words matching. More than 10% similarity will be desk rejected.
AI-Generated Content Policy (Strict)
Manuscripts must be written by the authors.
AI tools must not be used to generate scientific content, analysis, results, or references.
AI-generated literature reviews, methodology, or discussion sections are prohibited.
Fabricated or AI-hallucinated citations will lead to desk rejection.
AI tools may only be used for minor grammar or language polishing.
Authors must include a declaration confirming compliance with this policy in the manuscript.
Ethical and Review Requirements
Double-blind review: remove author identities from the manuscript.
Ethical clearance must be provided where applicable.
Data integrity must be maintained.
Authors must be prepared to provide datasets or code if requested.
Consequences of Policy Violation
Immediate desk rejection.
Removal from proceedings.
Notification to publisher.
Formatting manuscripts
Each paper must include: Suitable Title, Abstract (150–250 words), 4–6 Keywords, Introduction, Related Work, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, References.
