Originality Requirements
- Submissions must present original, unpublished research.
- The paper must not be under review elsewhere.
- Extended versions of published papers are not allowed unless substantially revised (minimum 60% new content). In that case, the authors must highlight the changes and also merge the accepted/published paper. Similarity in such cases will be desk rejected.
Strict Anti-Plagiarism Policy
- Zero tolerance for plagiarism.
- Maximum overall similarity index: 10% with 15 consecutive words matching. More than 10% similarity will be desk rejected.
AI-Generated Content Policy (Strict)
- Manuscripts must be written by the authors.
- AI tools must not be used to generate scientific content, analysis, results, or references.
- AI-generated literature reviews, methodology, or discussion sections are prohibited.
- Fabricated or AI-hallucinated citations will lead to desk rejection.
- AI tools may only be used for minor grammar or language polishing.
- Authors must include a declaration confirming compliance with this policy in the manuscript.
Ethical and Review Requirements
- Double-blind review: remove author identities from the manuscript.
- Ethical clearance must be provided where applicable.
- Data integrity must be maintained.
- Authors must be prepared to provide datasets or code if requested.
Consequences of Policy Violation
- Immediate desk rejection.
- Removal from proceedings.
- Notification to publisher.
Formatting manuscripts
- Each paper must include: Suitable Title, Abstract (150–250 words), 4–6 Keywords, Introduction, Related Work, Methodology, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, References.
