  • Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST*.
  • For a candidate who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off, provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in the English medium or an equivalent subject.
  • (10% relaxation on aggregate mark for North-East states and Sikkim candidates, and 5% relaxation on aggregate mark to Defence Personnel and their Dependents, or Wards of Kashmiri Migrants)

Test Centre-Based Exam
The declaration date of offline exam results may vary from the above schedule. Candidates will receive their test results directly within their portal.
The remotely proctored exam will be monitored live through various Artificial Intelligence tools and by the invigilators.
Seats falling vacant after the above mentioned rounds will be filled on first come first serve basis, subject to satisfying eligibility criteria as mentioned in Prospectus.

How to Apply

Step 1 - Signup

  • Register on the LPUADMIT portal by providing your basic details, including your Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, State, Gender, and a Password. Your Email Address will serve as your username, and the password will be set by you at the time of registration.
  • You will receive an email on your registered Email address regarding the registration confirmation.
  • After successful registration, log in to LPUADMIT using your created username and password.

  • LPUNEST is an online test that acts as a gateway to the programme you are interested in. Admission to this programme is based on performance in LPUNEST. In addition, LPUNEST also serves as a scholarship test, and students can avail huge scholarships based on their performance in this test.
  • Deposit the test fee:
    - Cost of Application form with Soft copy of LPUNEST Kit is ₹1000 (for Boys and Grls).
    - Cost of Application form with Printed LPUNEST Kit is ₹1500 (for Boys and Girls).

STEP 4 - Result and Seat Allotment (Online Counselling)

  • Download your scorecard/rank.
  • Fill in your seat preferences.
    - Students can select multiple preferences, which may vary by stream and programme.
  • In the first round of counselling, based on seat availability and the preferences filled by the candidates, a specific preference number will be allotted.
  • Download the allotment letter and proceed to the admission process.

STEP 5 - Admission

  • Deposit initial payment of Rs.10000. After the successful realization of the payment:
    - A Unique Candidate ID will be generated and sent to your registered Email ID.
  • Upload the documents.

    - Matriculation Marksheet
    - Qualifying exam Certificate/ Marksheet. Also, if the applicant is claiming scholarship on the basis of qualification previous to eligibility qualification he/ she is required to submit the previous qualifications exam certificate/ marksheet also. In case the exam certificate/ marksheet is not available at the time of filling this application form (recently appeared), it may be submitted later also.

  • Additionally, apply for residential, mess, transportation, or parking facilities as required.
  • All submitted documents must be verified against the original copies within the prescribed timelines.
  • Deposit the balance fee within the prescribed deadlines to complete your admission.
