- Authors should only submit originally written, unpublished work to 5th NGCAPS-2027 International Conference on Next-Gen Computing, Artificial Intelligence and Pervasive Systems (NGCAPS-2027) .
- Submissions should strictly follow the recommended IEEE conference template.
- All references must follow the IEEE format of referencing.
- To facilitate the paper’s double-blind peer review process, authors should make efforts to ensure that information about the authors’ identities do not appear anywhere in the text-body of the paper. (For the first submission).
- Limit your paper within 6 pages (IEEE Format). If authors wish to submit an over-length manuscript then over-length page fee (Rs. 2000 per page) will be charged.
- All fonts must be embedded in the file.
- Fonts that require non-English language support are not allowed.
- The document should not have any password protection.
- Do not put your own page numbers on the manuscript.
- The decision regarding the acceptance of the papers is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee and weightage/ comments given by PC Members/ Reviewers.
- Note that short manuscripts / abstracts are not considered.
