8th AIU National Qawwali Competition 2026
LPU clinched the Overall Champion title at the 8th AIU National Qawwali Competition 2026, delivering soulful performances and remarkable talent. Becoming the only private university to win thrice in eight editions, LPU continues its legacy of excellence, passion, and consistent musical brilliance on a national stage.
One World 2026-Celebration of Global Unity

LPU at AIU National Youth Festival 2026
Adding to its cultural achievements, LPU won 13 awards at the AIU 39th Inter-University National Youth Festival, UNIFEST Kalai Saaral. Competing among 140+ universities and 3000+ participants, it earned 5 gold, 4 silver, 3 bronze, plus runner-up honours.
LPU Hosts Bharat Rang Mahotsav 2026
LPU hosted the Jalandhar chapter of the 25th Bharat Rang Mahotsav, curated by the National School of Drama. Over three days, it showcased global theatre, blending classics, contemporary drama, and folk traditions, enriching students with immersive cultural experiences.

My journey with DSW Theatre Society has been incredibly rewarding. From winning internal competitions to clinching gold at the AIU Youth Festivals, I've not only honed my skills but also represented my university.
My experience at LPU has been transformative. Winning the Gold Medal in On Spot Photography at the Inter-University National Youth Festival was a major milestone for me.
I am a passionate learner who strives to excel in everything I do. Competing in the AIU National Competition was a highlight for me, where I proudly secured Ist place folk orchestra, as well as 2nd place in one act play, mime and folk dance (divli).
I’m Raj Roshan Rai, a B.Tech graduate in Computer Science Engineering and currently pursuing my MBA on a 100% scholarship at LPU. I’ve excelled in debate and theatre, winning multiple awards, including 1st place at the AIU National Youth Festival.
As a passionate aerospace engineering student, I thrive on balancing my academic pursuits with my creative interests. Competing at the national level in Mehndi and Rangoli has not only honed my skills but also fueled my enthusiasm for innovation.
