Dy.Director/Assistant Director/Project Officers- HR Training and Development

• Conduct and analyse Training need analysis.
• Schedule , coordinate and conduct Faculty Development Program
• Plan and design annual training calendar for management and other employees/staff and arrange implementation of training program as per the annual training schedule.
• Update annual training and implement it as per schedule.
• Coordinate with Department/individual, different universities and resource persons, arrange audio visual equipment, and support services.

• Support and maintain highly scalable networks using CISCO Routers, Nortel Switches and Juniper Firewalls.

Network Consultant

• Design and implement the Next Generation Networks. This involves evaluating new products/partners and technologies in areas of LAN/WAN/Telecom including Internet gateway, VPN gateway, MPLS backbone etc.
• Extensive engagement with vendors and service providers for evaluation and deployment of the latest networking technologies across LAN/WAN/Telecom Domains.
• To support presales consulting team for finalizing non-standard network connectivity solution as per business requirements.
• Provide guidance/support to the operations team in terms of handling escalated issues and major infrastructure / service outage issues.

Job Specification:

• B.Tech (CSE/IT) or MCA with minimum 3-5 years of experience in the area of Network Design and consultancy in large enterprise networks.
• Strong knowledge of network design, performance issues, QoS etc.
• CCIE certification will be an added advantage.
