Students will be evaluated on an absolute and relative grading system. To obtain a pass grade, a student must obtain minimum 35% marks in aggregate in the following components, subject to the condition of securing at least 30% in final test -

• Attendance -10% 
• Continuous Assessment – 20%
• Project Work – 20%
• Final test - 50%
• A certificate will be issued to the students securing pass grade.

(This certificate is not an eligibility criteria for admission to any Higher programme or appointment for a post)

Following opportunities will be provided for placement of the students after completing their training:-

• Wage Employment:- Job fairs and placement seminars will be organised. Experts from industries of repute will be invited to recruit the students after evaluating their level of skill attained.
• Self Employment:- Extension lectures will be arranged by experts from banks, co-operative societies, NGO, Govt. and Public Sector Departments will be invited to guide and make the students aware about the facilities available for technical and financial assistance.
