Nandini Budhia
Assistant Professor

Ms. Nandini Budhia is serving as an Assistant Professor and COD in Communication Skills at the Centre for Professional Enhancement, Lovely Professional University. She is an accomplished academician with more than 14 years of teaching experience in the domains of communication skills, verbal ability, business communication, and personality development. She holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature with distinction and is also a Gold Medalist in M.A. Sociology, reflecting her strong interdisciplinary academic foundation. Over the years, she has consistently demonstrated academic excellence and a deep commitment to professional growth and learner-centric pedagogy. Ms. Budhia has successfully attained the prestigious Level 10 Certification — the highest certification level — in the 400-hour Business Communication Program offered by Infosys through Infosys Springboard. In addition, she has earned several internationally recognized certifications, including Business English: Networking from University of Washington and Introduction to Communication Science from University of Amsterdam. She also holds multiple certifications in Business Writing, Interactive Skills, and Professional Communication. Her areas of expertise include verbal aptitude, business communication, professional writing, interview preparation, employability skills, interpersonal communication, and soft skills training. She is known for integrating activity-oriented and outcome-driven methodologies into her teaching practices to enhance students’ communication competence and workplace readiness. With a strong academic orientation and continuous engagement in professional development initiatives, Ms. Budhia remains committed to empowering students with effective communication skills essential for academic, professional, and personal success.


Mohammad Arif Baba
Assistant Professor

Mr. Mohammad Arif is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication Skills-III Centre for Professional Training, School of Engineering and Computer Science, Lovely Professional University. He has almost four and a half years of full-time working experience. He has completed his master’s in business administration from Lovely Professional University and is currently pursuing a PhD in management. Mr. Arif has vast experience in government and other non-governmental exams; be it corporate or academic, he has always stood out from the crowd. What makes the person different is his dexterity in finance, accounting and economics. He has trained more than one thousand students and is training at the incumbent time as well. He has a good number of credentials that validate the authenticity of his persona; having multiple certifications in the field makes him a trusted icon. From the school level, Mr. Arif is the recipient of a gazillion certifications, which symbolize the aura of his academic excellence.
