This course has been designed to help students have a lucid view of as to which are the personality traits that the Military desires in the young aspirants and how to cultivate them. Not only the structured content of course will help student grasp the essentials of the desired personality traits but also the methodology and Communication Skills of the Trainer will give them the feel of Defence Forces.

  • A detailed discussion on the structure of SSB; Officer Intelligence Rating Test--Conceptual Understanding and Practical Tips on tackling Questions on Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasoning; Picture Perception & Discussion Test—Understanding the purpose, improving Point of View and practice.
  • Understanding the purpose and point of view and discussion on methodology of tackling Thematic Association Test, Word Association Test, Situation Reaction Test, Self-Description Test, and practising the same.
  • Conceptual clarity on the purpose of conducting Group Discussion, Group Planning Exercise, Progressive Group Task, Half Group Tasks, Command Tasks, Lecturette and discussion on methodology to tackle them, and practice.

Recognized for her oratory excellence, she was awarded by the Mayor of Delhi. As a top performer in her college course, she has also professionally trained students preparing for competitive exams at a prestigious institute in Delhi, further honing her expertise in the field. Ms Simran Mehta brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role, particularly in preparing students for competitive exams, communication skills and personality development. With her 7 years of experience in mentoring aspirants for government exams and college students, she has successfully helped many students master the power of expression and develop the Officer Like Qualities (OLQs) essential for SSB success. Under her guidance, many students have successfully cleared the SSB and secured positions in government exams.
