Dr. Shabnam Gulati
Associate Professor

Dr. Shabnam Gulati is currently serving as an Associate Professor of Marketing at the Mittal School of Business, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab, India — an institution recognized with MHRD NIRF India Rank 52 and accredited by ACBSP, USA. With more than 12 years of academic experience, including 8 years at Lovely Professional University, she has made significant contributions in the areas of teaching, research, and academic leadership. She has published over 20 research papers in Scopus-indexed and UGC Care-listed journals and has presented more than 15 papers at national and international conferences. Her continuous engagement in academic development is reflected through participation in over 10 workshops focused on emerging trends and innovative pedagogical practices. Dr. Gulati has also served as a resource person for several workshops on digital marketing and allied domains, sharing industry-relevant insights with students, academicians, and professionals. As a research mentor, she has successfully guided two Ph.D. scholars, while six research scholars are currently pursuing their doctoral work under her supervision. Her academic and professional journey demonstrates a strong commitment to research excellence, knowledge dissemination, and capacity-building in the fields of marketing, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
