About the Course: “Voice to Value” will unpack the elegance of English, diving deep into the importance of understatement to the art of the indirect question. It is designed to help learners to navigate conversations with poise: exploring idiomatic expressions, the importance of "please" and "thank you," and mastering the subtle tonal shifts that can convey anything from genuine interest to polite disengagement. It will also enable the learners to use language to show respect and build rapport, and look at the power of a well-placed compliment or apology.
