Assistant Professor

A seasoned academician with 10 years of experience, he specializes in English and Communication Skills across diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. From April 2022 to January 2025, he served as Head of the Department of Verbal Ability at Lovely Professional University, where he streamlined academic operations, mentored faculty, and refined instructional strategies to enhance student learning outcomes. He was an active member of the core accreditation teams for NAAC and NBA, contributing significantly to institutional quality assurance processes. In addition to teaching English Language Proficiency to international students, he conducted placement training and communication workshops. He has authored more than half a dozen research publications in reputed journals and conferences, reflecting his commitment to academic scholarship and innovation in communication studies. He was honored with the Best Teacher Award in 2017, 2019, and 2025 for his teaching excellence. Furthermore, he chaired the Curriculum Development Committee and contributed to academic publishing as Chief Editor of LENS (CPE magazine) and Editor of ENSEMBLE (Indian Science Congress newsletter).
