This summer training program provides hands-on exposure to modern product engineering by integrating 3D Printing, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Participants learn the complete product development cycle—from design and simulation to prototyping and optimization—using advanced tools and technologies. The course emphasizes practical applications, enabling students to develop innovative, efficient, and performance-driven products. Learning Outcomes: By the end of the training, participants will be able to: • Understand the fundamentals of product design and engineering workflow. • Apply 3D printing techniques for rapid prototyping. • Perform FEA analysis for structural and performance evaluation. • Utilize AI tools for design optimization and decision-making.

  • Introduction to product development using CAD tools and fundamentals of additive manufacturing technologies.
  • Basic concepts of Finite Element Analysis including meshing, boundary conditions, and simple structural simulations.
  • Preparation of 3D models for printing, slicing, toolpath generation, and machine operation.
