To encourage and support students in entrepreneurship and research activities, various types of seed money funding’s are granted.
- Investment Seed Grant: Rs. 20000/- (maximum) will be given to each student during the programme for trading in stocks. Health of the student portfolio will be evaluated by a panel of experts periodically (at the end of the term or as per any other schedule decided by the university).
- StartUp/ Entrepreneurial Venture Seed Fund: Students individually or in a group can pitch their business ideas to experts and avail chance to win seed money of Rs. 2 lakhs to Rs. 5 lakhs per project to start, run and grow their business along with their MBA (Hons.). The performance of the StartUp will be evaluated periodically.
- Innovation/Research Seed Grant: Rs. 10000/- (Maximum) will be provided for avenues for innovations depending upon the quality of proposal submitted by the students and approval of Mentor/HOD. Some examples of activities are:

Course Delivery by Industry Experts and Foreign Faculty
Industry Experts will be delivering around 30% courses to students in online/ blended mode (Live Online/ Offline) to constantly upgrade the learning experience to make education relevant in today’s ever evolving corporate world. The Foreign Faculties will also be delivering courses every semester focusing on global industry trends and exposure.
Well-structured short term, intense training sessions designed to prepare students to participate in Business Competitions to test their mettle against other top management students at national/ international level. Competitions play a crucial role in inspiring students to achieve and excel. Competitions acts as platform for students to gain confidence and experience, and showcase their skills. Regular various types of student competitions are organized like:

International Visit/ International Exchange*
6 to 8 weeks of internship/industry attachment. Option to go to partner universities in different countries through exchange programmes for a term or other duration as available/offered from time to time.

INDUSTRY – Live Projects/ Mentorship/ Internship*
Learning Beyond the Classroom is focused by providing the Live projects opportunity to students. University will also provide Industry mentor to each student for professional guidance. This programme offers students an opportunity to learn about the way business is practiced, under the guidance of senior executives through 6 to 8 weeks of internship/ industry attachment.
Harvard Business Publishing Simulations
To expose students to the realistic business scenarios and to develop critical decision making skills, business simulations are used extensively. The Simulations of Harvard are used during the course. In total 4-6 Harvard Business Publishing simulations are being offered to students.
Opportunity to interact closely with Industry through Field visits to different companies across various sectors like Consumer Goods industry, Financial Institutions, Consultancy firms, Manufacturing companies etc.
Induction Programme (1 week)
To orient students with the MBA (Hons.), one-week induction programme will be conducted with focus on Experiential activities, interactions with industry experts and pre-term for courses like Accounting, Statistics, Economics etc. to bring all students at the same level.
