The School of Law, Lovely Professional University, will host the 7th Gavelled Moot Court Competition from 1st to 3rd April 2026. This year’s moot proposition offers a sophisticated inquiry into criminal adjudication in the digital age, foregrounding questions of forensic reliability, electronic evidence, and testimonial credibility. By engaging with themes of procedural fairness, evidentiary integrity, and constitutional safeguards, the problem invites participants to navigate complex factual and legal terrains with analytical precision and ethical sensitivity. Designed to challenge depth of reasoning and clarity of advocacy, the competition aspires to cultivate legal minds marked by discipline, discernment, and professional grace.
