An internationally accomplished faculty member with over five years of diverse teaching experience across the USA, UK, Saudi Arabia, and India, bringing global perspectives and enriched pedagogical expertise to academic environments.
Currently serving as a District Commissioner in the Malawi Civil Service, where he leverages his academic expertise and leadership skills to drive improvements in public administration, governance, and community development initiatives.
Serves as Deputy Director of HRM-Policy and Research at the Department of Human Resource Management in Malawi, where he integrates his academic knowledge into strategic HRM initiatives.
Currently holds the position of Vice-Chancellor at Sar-e-Pul Higher Education Institution in Afghanistan. In this role, he oversees academic affairs and administrative functions, contributing to the advancement of higher education in the region.
