Registration (ONLINE ONLY) Register Now	From 5th February 2024 to 21st February 2024.	There will be no on-spot registration. Entry to venue will be only through Convocation hall ticket. Degree recipients must register online and carry their Convocation Hall tickets to the venue. Hard copy print of Convocation Hall ticket is mandatory and no electronic soft copy will be considered.
Robes Collection by Degree Recipients	25th February 2024 (from 07:30 am to 10:00 am)	Detail of rooms from where robes can be collected shall be mentioned on the Convocation hall ticket. Hard copy of Convocation Hall Ticket is compulsory for getting robes.
Timings for closing of University Main Gates	Gates will close at 9:15 am sharp. To avoid last moment rush, visitors are suggested to come in advance.	Pedestrian Pedestrian entry will be through Gate 1B. No vehicles will be allowed from Gate 1A or Gate 1B (Gates on National Highway). Vehicular Entry Entry for visitors travelling in their own vehicle will be through Gate No. 2 (Law Gate). The visitors will have to park their vehicles in the parking space available outside Gate No. 2 (Law Gate), and walk through the Law Gate to the Convocation venue.
Seating in the Convocation venue (For Degree recipients and Guest)	09:45 am to 10:45 am	Hard copy print of Convocation Hall ticket and Guest ticket is mandatory for entry to the venue. Seat numbers shall be allocated to the degree recipients from the robes collection room. The degree recipients should ensure to collect seat numbers for themselves as well as their accompanying guests (if any) from the robes collection room. Due to security reasons, Water Bottles, Camera and Mobile Phones are not allowed in the Convocation venue. Safekeeping of these belongings shall be responsibility of the degree recipients. At the most, two guests are allowed inside the Convocation venue per degree recipient. Because of security restrictions, after the expiry of prescribed time limit, degree recipient and/or guests may not be allowed to enter the Convocation venue.
Convocation Ceremony	11:00 am to 02:00 pm
Receiving of Degree from university dignitaries and photography	02:00 pm onwards	Protocol of calling on the stage and getting the photo clicked with dignitaries will be announced at the Convocation venue after the completion of the ceremony.
Collection of Degree certificates by the Degree Recipients	02:30 pm onwards	Room numbers for collection of Original Degree certificate will be mentioned on Convocation Hall Ticket.

Important Notes:

• Non-Refundable Security of Rs. 500 for Robes will be charged from students at the time of online registration for Regular as well as Distance Education Programmes. The degree recipients are allowed to carry academic robes with them after completion of the convocation ceremony.
• Rehearsal for medal winners will be conducted on 24th February 2024 at 2:00 pm at Baldev Raj Mittal Unipolis.
• Medal winners, who do not attend the rehearsal, will not be given medals on the stage.
