GUIDELINES & PROCESS FOR LPUPET

(PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST)

Note:
  • Schedule/ Date(s) may be changed by the University, as and if required.
  • Applicants can avail at the most two chances to clear LPUPET - 2024.

STRUCTURE OF PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST

  • The Physical Efficiency Test will include the following:
    • 50 meters sprint
    • Standing Broad Jump
    • Over head back throw {Medicine ball Men (3 Kg.) & Women (2 Kg.)}
    • 1000 meters run/walk.
  • Applicant must bring their own sports kit for appearing in Physical efficiency test, without which he/ she will not be eligible for the test.

HOW TO APPLY

“Application form for LPUPET - 2024” is available online & offline (LPUNEST KIT - 2024). The option to apply for LPUPET will appear in his/ her login portal after paying LPUNEST Fee. Applicant may also obtain LPUNEST - 2024 Kit from University Campus/ Camp Offices or any other prescribed place by paying cash.

  • Cost of LPUPET - 2024 (Application form) and Soft copy of LPUNEST Kit is ₹1000 (for Boys) and ₹500 (for Girls).
  • Cost of LPUPET - 2024 (Application form) and Printed LPUNEST Kit is ₹1500 (for Boys) and ₹1000 (for Girls).

Application Form

  • Application form will be in a format that can be processed by Optical Mark Reader (OMR).
  • LPUNEST Kit consists of
    • University Information Brochure comprising details of Infrastructure, Global Character, Placements, Academics, Student services, Campus life etc.
    • LPUNEST Booklet comprising details of Programmes applicable, Eligibility, Fee and Scholarship, Schedule of Test, Question Paper Pattern, Test Cities etc.
  • Application fee once paid will not be refunded.

Application form can be obtained and submitted using one of the following methods

Option-I: Through Online Mode

Applicant can apply for LPUPET-2020 through the University Website (Online Banking facility required).

  • Cost of Application form and Soft copy of LPUNEST Kit is ₹800 (for Boys) and ₹500 (for Girls).
  • Cost of Application form and Printed LPUNEST Kit is ₹1000 (for Boys) and ₹700 (for Girls).

Note: Note: For online application, Applicant should have Online Banking facility through Net banking/ Debit card/ Credit card.
Printout of the computer generated application should be retained by the applicant for reference.

Option-II: Offline Mode

Applicant may apply for LPUPET-2020 after obtaining LPUNEST Kit from University Campus or any other prescribed place by paying cash. Cost of Application form and Printed LPUNEST Kit is ₹800 (for Boys) and ₹500 (for Girls).
Once the applicant has obtained the LPUNEST Kit, form can be submitted by one of the following methods:

  • Manual:
    • Fill the full application form (OMR sheet) after reading all the instructions as specified under the head “Instructions for filling Application Form (OMR sheet)” and sent it to the university in the self-addressed envelope.
  • Semi-Online Application- In case applicant does not want to send the hard copy of purchased application form:
    • Fill the application form.
    • When asked, click "Yes" if you have purchased the LPUNEST Kit. Fill the OMR sheet No. and Unique OMR code, in the given space.
    • Submit and save the copy of complete application form for your reference.

All our correspondence including issue of Hall ticket details will be through email only. Therefore, the applicants are requested to get ready with valid email id and mobile number for contact. No separate communication will be done for the same.

Incomplete Applications
Incomplete application (For example: Declaration not signed) will not be processed. LPU will not take responsibility to inform these applicants.
Applicants are hence advised to ensure that the duly filled in application is dispatched along with complete enclosures in all respects.

HALL TICKET

The Hall Ticket will be generated immediately after the applicant books the slot. Hall Ticket will be sent to the applicant on his/her registered e-mail ID.

RESULT

Result will be prepared on the basis of performance in Physical Efficiency Test and it will be displayed on the student LPU Admit Portal.
