ADMISSION PROCESS FOR ALL OTHER PROGRAMMES

(Except B.Tech, MBA, PG Agriculture and Ph.D.)

During this period of ongoing COVID-19 pandemic lockdown, to support prospective students (candidates) to apply for admissions in all programmes except B.Tech, MBA, PG Agriculture and Ph.D. and direct online/remote admissions (subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria) process has been started.

In November Schedule, remotely proctored online LPUNEST from home will be conducted. LPUNEST will be act as scholarship test only. Click here to view General Guidelines for Remotely Proctored Online Exam.

In November Schedule, for B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture Programme, B.Pharm., B.Tech. (Computer Science and Engineering (CSE)) [Lateral Entry] and B.Pharm. [Lateral Entry] Programmes LPUNEST will not be conducted for scholarship purpose.

FOR LL.M. PROGRAMME

Candidate can continue to take admission and then apply for LPUNEST.

  • It is mandatory to qualify LPUNEST and submit Statement of purpose for this programme. The final Merit is prepared with 70% weightage to LPUNEST (LL.M.) and rest 30% will be equally distributed on the basis of work experience, publications and statement of purpose.
  • In November Schedule, remotely proctored online LPUNEST from home will not be conducted.

STEPS TO TAKE ADMISSION

Step 1: Signup

  • Register onto LPUADMIT with basic details. Click here to register.
  • You will get a mail on your registered email id regarding this.
  • Login to the LPUADMIT with already created username/ password.

Step 2: Admission

  • Fill the application form.
  • Select your programme from the available programme List.
  • Deposit initial payment of Rs. 10,000.(Application fee: Rs 500, rest under Programme fee of first semester)
    After the successful realization of the payment:
    • Prospectus will be dispatched at your correspondence address.(will be dispatched based on the Government decision on period of ongoing COVID-19 pandemic lockdown)
    • A Unique Provisional Registration No. will be generated and sent to your registered Email ID.
  • Upload the documents.
    • Recent Photograph.
    • Matriculation Marksheet.
    • Qualifying exam Certificate/ Marksheet. Also, if the applicant is claiming scholarship on the basis of qualification previous to eligibility qualification he/she is required to submit the previous qualifications exam certificate/ marksheet also. In case the exam certificate/ marksheet is not available at the time of filling this application form (recently appeared), it may be submitted later also.
    • Address Proof.
  • Avail Residential/Food/Laundary/Indoor stadium/Gymnasium facility.
  • All the submitted documents are to be verified from the originals within the prescribed timelines.
  • Deposit the balance fee within the timelines prescribed by the university. (The balance payment of fee is ideally expected to be paid within 10-15 days after the allotment of seat. However, looking at the current situation of uncertainty due to COVID-19, University will provide reasonable time for payment of balance fee. You may pay the balance fee in parts till 31st July 2020.   • Interested candidates can appear for LPUNEST exam to avail scholarship based on their performance in this test.

REFUND POLICY

  • For students who took admission before 26th August 2020
    In case, candidate applies for the refund on or before 15th August 2020, then the amount deposited by the candidate will be refunded after deduction of INR 1000 only. However, if any candidate has also availed residential facility, INR 500 will be deducted separately from that head as well.

    For B.Tech. (Lateral Entry), B.Arch., B.Pharm., Under Graduate Agriculture, Under Graduate Integrated Law and All Post Graduate Programmes, candidate can apply for the refund on or before 10th October, 2020, the above mentioned refund will be applicable.
    For All other Programmes including M.Pharm. Programmes, candidate can apply for the refund on or before 15th August, 2020 the above mentioned refund will be applicable.
