My journey at Lovely Professional University (LPU) has been one of the most meaningful and transformative chapters of my professional life. As a faculty member in Chemical Engineering, my primary goal was always to create a meaningful learning experience for students. Teaching at LPU gave me the opportunity to interact with talented students from different parts of India and abroad. I strongly believe that education should go beyond textbooks, and therefore I always focused on connecting theory with industrial applications, real-life examples, and practical problem solving.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey has been mentoring students. Guiding young minds, helping them build confidence, and preparing them for their careers has given me immense satisfaction. Whether it was supporting students in difficult subjects, motivating slow learners, or encouraging fast learners to achieve higher goals, each interaction contributed to a meaningful student success story LPU. In today’s competitive world, engineering education must evolve continuously, and I am proud to have played a role in this transformation.
