Dr. Shahnawaz Sadiq
Assistant Professor

Dr. Shahnawaz Sadiq is Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab, India. He earned his PhD from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, in 2023. He holds an LLM degree from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, and a BA.LLB from the University of Kashmir. He has also worked in School of Law, University of Kashmir as contractual lecturer for 5 years. His research interests encompass Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Jurisprudence, Administrative Law, the Criminal Justice System, and Tax Laws. Dr. Shahnawaz has presented numerous papers at both national and international conferences and has published several research articles in prestigious journals.
