The information, abilities, and imagination needed to create bridal gowns that satisfy a variety of ethnic customs, individual tastes, and contemporary trends are imparted to students in this course. Learning Outcome of Course: By the end of this course, participants will be able to: Ability to conceptualize and design unique bridal wear that reflects personal and cultural influences. Knowledge of traditional bridal attire from various cultures and regions. Capability to incorporate cultural elements into modern bridal designs.

  • 1.History and evolution of bridal fashion. 2.Current trends in bridal wear. 3.Understanding the role of a bridal designer in the fashion industry.
  • 1.Wedding gowns (traditional, contemporary, boho, vintage, etc.) 2.Bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses, and mother-of-the-bride attire. 3.Accessories: veils, headpieces, shoes, and jewellery
  • 1.Key fabrics used in bridal fashion: satin, silk, chiffon, tulle, lace, organza, mikado, etc. 2.Understanding the qualities of fabrics: drape, texture, weight, and sheerness. 3.Choosing the right fabric for different bridal styles and silhouettes.
  • 1.Introduction to bridal embellishments: lace, beading, sequins, embroidery, appliqué, and trims. 2.How to incorporate intricate details and embellishments into bridal gowns.
