"Description: This skill development course focuses on Developing Employability Skills is designed to help students ace interviews in todays competitive job market. They shall be able to learn essential skills such as Effective communication, Creativity, Critical thinking, Collaboration, Emotional intelligence, Leadership, Problem solving to stand out in any interview. This course shall also cover digital literacy and personal branding, crucial in modern-day hiring. The entire skill development course shall be aligned with (Sustainable Development Goal) SDG 4: Quality Education. We shall emphasize the importance of lifelong learning and adaptability, which are key to thriving in evolving industries. The aim of this course is also to elevate the potential in students, sharpen their skills, and ensure they are ready to meet the challenges of the global workforce with confidence. He started his career as a Marketing Manager in TIME, and later worked with the Ministry of Education, Republic of Maldives. He then joined JSW Steel Mumbai and worked in close liaison with Mr. Sajjan Jindal. Then he joined HDFC Bank Vishakhapatnam as a Relationship Manager and his interest in entrepreneurship led him to join the core team of The Gate Academy. After he quit the Gate Academy, he joined TCYOnline as a Product manager. Then he joined LPU as an Assistant Professor and has been associated with LPU for 8 years now. Rajesh has trained over 30,000 students for GRE and is valued as one of the best GRE verbal trainers and has worked with Magoosh, Princeton Review, Manhattan Review, TIME, Career Launcher, IMS and TCYonline. Moreover, Rajesh has several certifications in Data Analytics and Digital marketing and has several consultancy projects under his belt. He has also 2 patents in Artificial Intelligence and 1 copyright in the field of EdTech. She started her career as a trainer in a coaching institute, later worked with E-Serve Intl, an affiliate of Citigroup Financial Services, Mumbai as a Doc Reviewer in Mortgages section. She then joined HSBC HDPI in Visakhapatnam as Customer Service Executive for UK Projects. Being a part of the entrepreneurial journey she joined the team of The Gate Academy as Centre Manager for their branch in Andhra Pradesh. After few years she joined as Coordinator in reputed CBSE School where she served for 8+ years in various roles and resigned as Activities Coordinator taking English and Mass Media subject. Then she joined LPU as an Assistant Professor in Department of Communication Skills. Sharda is an MIEE (Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert) since last 7 years. She is an MIE Trainer since last 6 years. Sharda has several certifications from Microsoft. She is MCE (Microsoft Certified Educator) and MTA certified (Microsoft Technical Associate).
