Learners engage with practical tools like journaling, SWOT analysis, and structured frameworks for effective communication. Through immersive sessions, the course fosters a holistic approach to self-awareness and leadership communication, empowering participants to not just speak, but speak with purpose and presence. Learning Outcomes By the end of this course, learners will be capable of: Identifying key elements of professional communication including verbal, non-verbal, tonal, and cross-cultural nuances. Applying self-reflection tools such as journaling, SWOT analysis, and 360° feedback to assess and enhance their personal and professional growth. Supriya Sharma, Assistant Professor of Communication Skills and Verbal Ability, holds a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and brings over 13 years of academic experience, specializing in enhancing learners’ linguistic competence and professional communication. As a core member of the Department of Communication Skills, she has designed and led impactful events including public speaking workshops, vocabulary development sessions, storytelling competitions, and SOP writing training, aimed at refining verbal skills across diverse learner groups. Her professional credentials are strengthened by certifications from Harappa Education in Speaking Effectively, Thinking Critically, Listening Actively, Building Presence, and Business Storytelling. A recipient of the Teaching Appreciation Award, she is also a published researcher, having contributed to book chapters on topics like sustainability, mental health, and personal growth. Actively involved in academic video scripting, induction programs, and women empowerment seminars, Supriya Sharma continues to empower learners and faculty through her insightful sessions and learner-centric pedagogy.

Dr. Anudeep Kaur Bedi is an accomplished Assistant Professor and Head of the Department in Communication Skills, holding a Ph.D. in English and bringing over 15 years of academic experience, including 9 years in a leadership role as HOD. With a strong foundation in English language and communication, Dr. Anudeep has consistently demonstrated excellence in teaching through the adoption of innovative pedagogical strategies that enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. A dedicated researcher, she has contributed significantly to scholarly publications and departmental development, playing a pivotal role in curriculum design, faculty mentoring, and academic planning. Dr. Anudeep Kaur Bedi is recognized for fostering a collaborative academic environment and for driving initiatives that support institutional growth and student success.
