Course Description: This course is designed to help students and professionals move beyond traditional intelligence (IQ) to harness the power of Emotional Intelligence (EI). In today’s dynamic and team-driven work environments, technical skills alone are not enough. Emotional intelligence—the ability to understand, manage, and express emotions effectively—plays a crucial role in leadership, collaboration, conflict resolution, and self-awareness. Through interactive sessions, real-world scenarios, and personal reflection, participants will explore the five key components of EI: self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. This course empowers individuals to build stronger relationships, make better decisions under pressure, and present their authentic selves in professional settings. earning Outcomes: By the end of this course, participants will be able to: Differentiate between IQ and EI and understand their complementary roles in personal and professional success. Identify and assess their current level of emotional intelligence through self-reflection and feedback. Demonstrate improved self-awareness and emotional self-regulation in challenging situations. Apply empathy and active listening in team interactions and leadership roles. Strengthen interpersonal skills such as conflict resolution, feedback delivery, and collaboration. Develop strategies to enhance emotional resilience and motivation under stress. Present a more authentic, emotionally aware version of themselves in interviews, networking, and leadership scenarios.

  • Goof – proof grammar, working on the basics of grammar ,Tenses, sentence correction and various errors, S-V agreements rules understanding by applying on sentences, understanding forms of verbs along with its application, understanding the usage and importance of articles (a, an, the)
  • Getting well-versed with various vocabulary words, through pictorial representation, root words, understanding techniques of rote learning, prefix, suffix, understanding its usage and importance, learning and understanding word families, one word substitution, tough spellings, some role-plays and activities from students
  • Understanding the strategies of LSRW with its applications, ways to focus on reading and increase concentration while reading, newspaper reading activity, re-instatement of news snippets, practice and solving interview based questions within the stipulated time
  • Overview, questions based on EI , applications , honing up the EI skills , conducting workshops and mock interviews based on emotional intelligence . Also , Ways to improve presentation skills, ways to improve body language, confidence building ways, work on communication skills, overcoming stage fear
  • Mock interviews, basic interview questions, resume making , tone and voice modulation , ways to govern the interview ,gaps pauses and fillers . Also , Strategies, audio tracks, practicing listening and ways to grab the accent, learning ways to score good in listening
  • Introduction preparation, ways to involve yourself in a conversation, group discussion, preparing on various commonly asked interview questions
