"Future Ready: Essential Skills for Successful Placement " is an intensive, hands-on skill development course designed to prepare learners for success in academic, professional, and real-world environments. Over the span of 30 one-hour sessions, participants will enhance their communication, critical thinking, digital literacy, teamwork, and career-readiness skills.   • This week focuses on building strong verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills. Learners will practice effective listening, email etiquette, and public speaking techniques. The foundation is set for confident and clear expression in academic and professional settings.
  • Participants develop critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities. Time management, goal setting, and productivity techniques are explored through practical tools. The week encourages self-awareness, motivation, and effective personal planning.
  • This week sharpens interpersonal skills through emotional intelligence and teamwork exercises. Conflict resolution, feedback management, and corporate behavior are introduced. Learners also begin creating professional resumes and personal branding profiles.

  • Learners explore entrepreneurship, design thinking, and creativity in action. Adaptability, growth mindset, and learning agility are emphasized. They begin working on a capstone project to apply their skills in a real-world context.
  • This final week is dedicated to showcasing capstone projects and receiving feedback. Participants polish their resumes, present their learning, and reflect on their growth journey. The course ends with certification, peer celebration, and planning the next steps forward.
