Description: This course is designed to: 1) Make the student more competitive by improving his/ her Speaking skills for business or corporate jobs 2) It will help to improve communication, body language, vocab enhancement and relationship management skills to meet corporate needs 3) The students will learn and understand the different levels of formal and professional communication in day to day life and at work 4) It will enhance their confidence level, personal brand and fluency for impressive public appearance in the industry, corporate or in business, Learning Outcome: The focus of this workshop is to enhance the skill set of participants on areas like: 1) Identify and acquire traits and skills required in the corporate world. 2) Apply successful answering techniques during an interview. 3) Practice spoken English for formal setting 4) They will become better professionals and will be able to communicate professionally at work or in daily life 5) They will learn and understand the art speaking in public platform and the how to overcome the fear of public speaking

  • Pre placement talk etiquette, make a Great First Impression, self-assessment and self-projection, pre-interview preparation, Justification of CV, questions related to knowledge, skills and attitude, successful answering techniques
  • Behavioural Interview, Situational and Cultural Fitment Interview, General Strategies for Answering Questions, Mirroring, Body Language Do's and Don’ts, Tips and Tricks for Ending the Interview.
  • One-on-one interviews conducted between the interviewer and candidate. What employers want are group interviews, negotiation techniques and telephonic interviews, Video Interviews and Personal Interviews, and panel interviews.
  • Parts of speech, verbs, different types of verbs, adjectives and adverbs, prepositions, conjunctions, interjections, Tenses, Present, Past, and Future. Voice: Active Voice and Passive voice, speech: direct and indirect, verbal communication and non-verbal communication
  • Practice for verbal communication, Activity, how to conclude the topic - public speaking, Anchoring, Group Discussion, Debate: do's and don’ts, debate practice.

In addition to her teaching role, she is a PhD scholar, further strengthening her academic expertise and commitment to continuous learning.
