Through practical activities and real-world tasks, the course develops effective communication, confidence, and workplace readiness for academic and professional success. Apply effective listening and speaking skills in academic and professional contexts. Read and interpret texts with improved comprehension and critical understanding. Produce clear, structured, and appropriate written communication. Use language confidently with suitable tone, vocabulary, and etiquette. Ms Pahul Padam is currently working as an Assistant Professor – Department of Communication Skills at Lovely Professional University. She is very outcome-driven, ambitious, and a focused facilitator. She holds a Master's Degree in Life Sciences (Zoology), alongside a Bachelor's in Medical Sciences, right now pursuing a PhD in Biotechnology, and is also a certified IELTS trainer. She has also published a few research papers regarding the same. She has written book chapters and has been a paper presenter at various National and International conferences. She has a few research papers to her credit and has presented papers in more than 17 National and International Conferences, 5 book chapters, and a few patents. Being a keen learner, her insatiable quest to learn can be witnessed through her certification courses. She has done Courses in Advanced Interviewing Techniques from the University of Maryland, Certification on Successful Presentation (with hons) from the University of Colorado Boulder, and Personality Types at Work from the University of Florida, from Coursera. Likewise, she is a Google Certified Professional in Project Management and Fundamentals of Digital Marketing. She is certified in Communication Skills, Interviewing Techniques, and TCS-ION Career Edge-Young Professional from TCS Digital Learning and NIT Jalandhar. Apart from this, she has also done a short-term course on Wastewater Management from Dr. B.R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology. Outside of work, she is an art enthusiast and loves to paint and sketch. She has also written many blogs and holds a top 20 position in Blogothon LPU. She wrote for The Dawn Media company. In her professional journey, she was promoted to Project Manager in the company, Palak Stark Pvt. Ltd., as a content writer. She is an extroverted personality and loves to interact with people. She has been a winner of various National events and loves to participate in different extracurricular activities. She has been the star student of the year for three consecutive years. She is a corporate trainer, training 1000+ teachers and students of different schools and colleges.
