By the end of this course, learners will demonstrate a clear understanding of core legal subjects, apply judicial reasoning to case-based problems, and develop analytical writing and decision-making skills. They will be able to interpret statutes effectively, answer mains and objective questions with accuracy, and exhibit improved confidence, time management, and exam-oriented strategies essential for success in judicial service examinations.

  • Including Hindu marriage, succession,adoption,maintenance ,customary & muslim law will be covered
  • BNS,BNSS.BSA and miscellaneous laws associated with them will be discussed .
  • Like Specific relief act,transfer of property act,sale of goods act,limitation law,Law of Partnership,Couerts Act,Rent Act,Registration act etc will be dealt with inn detail.
  • Takng into consideration the broad topics to be covered for all the States, detailed knowledge of English language will be imparted.
  • Insights into the Hindi language will be given which is covered by majority of states.
  • Punjabi language will be dealt with respect to State of Punjab specifically.
