Placement Catalyst: A holistic course for Placement Success is a dynamic and holistic online workshop designed to comprehensively enhance a student's professional persona and strategic communication skills, directly boosting their employability. This interactive program begins by empowering participants to build a powerful digital footprint through polished LinkedIn profiles and compelling elevator pitches, while mastering persuasive business language. It focuses on virtual grooming and email etiquette to ensure a stellar first impression, and trains students to integrate current affairs into conversations, demonstrating industry awareness. Participants gain a distinct edge in Group Discussions by learning structured frameworks like POPBEANS and SCAMPER for abstract, case-based, and social topics. The workshop provides hands-on training in crafting ATS-friendly, achievement-oriented resumes and strategically mapping them to job descriptions. Culminating with immersive mock interviews and framework drills based on real placement questions, the course equips students to handle challenging HR and technical queries with structured answers and composed confidence, fully preparing them to excel throughout the placement process.

  • This module focuses on excelling in diverse Group Discussion formats through structured thinking. It introduces powerful frameworks like POPBEANS and SCAMPER to build logical arguments for abstract, social, and case-based topics. Through peer-to-peer GD rounds and facilitator feedback, students enhance their clarity, articulation, and ability to lead discussions effectively.

Learners master the creation of an ATS-friendly, achievement-oriented resume and the technique of mapping it precisely to job descriptions. The module also includes advanced LinkedIn optimization and prepares students to confidently anticipate and answer in-depth, CV-based questions.
  • This module prepares students to succeed in final placement interviews through framework mastery and realistic practice. It focuses on structured techniques for answering common and challenging HR and technical questions. The module culminates in multiple one-on-one mock interviews using real placement drive questions, building composure and confidence for the actual corporate selection process.
