  • Understanding the nature, types, and impact of stress on mental and physical health. The science behind stress (cortisol, adrenaline) and how it affects focus, decision-making, and well-being. Exploring the difference between emotional reaction and response. This unit builds the foundation to identify stress before it becomes overwhelming.
  • Deepening self-awareness through emotional mapping and personal trigger recognition. Techniques like journaling, emotional vocabulary building, and mirror exercises. This unit empowers learners to know their own emotions and better manage emotional challenges in professional situations like feedback, pressure, or criticism.
  • Hands-on practice of mindfulness and stress-regulation techniques: breath awareness, 4-7-8 technique, grounding, and guided visualization. Learners will develop a personal daily routine to maintain emotional stability, increase focus, and handle pressure calmly in the workplace.
  • Training on expressing emotions assertively and professionally. Techniques for giving and receiving feedback without emotional escalation. Listening with empathy and managing tone, expression, and body language in difficult conversations. This builds leadership, collaboration, and team trust.
  • Creating personal boundaries and managing energy to prevent emotional exhaustion. Time management, saying 'no' respectfully, and emotional detachment in high-pressure work environments. Strategies to build emotional resilience and turn failures into learning. Builds self-confidence and reduces burnout risk.
  • Capstone project: learners design their own Inner Strength Toolkit – a personal action plan for stress management, emotional regulation, and mindful living. Group presentation, peer feedback, and real-life roleplay scenarios. Prepares participants to apply emotional clarity in real-world professional challenges.
