Dr. Mridula Mishra, Professor of Psychology, Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab. Dr. Mridula Mishra has done her Ph.D. from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi in Psychology. Her Ph.D. was on Rorschach Inkblot Test and SIS. She is the first scholar in the world who did Ph.D. on SIS. She has received three times the SIS Best Paper Award in 1992, 1996, and 2000-, and two-times SIS Best Research Award in 2006 and 2008 from SIS Centre, 2020 Muldoon Rd, # 317, Anchorage, Alaska. 99504. USA. She has also received the best paper award in 2020 for the paper title “Reimagining Indian IT sector to achieve $ 5 Trillion aspiration for India by 2025” from UPES India. Dr. Mridula Mishra has more than 26 years of experience in academics, research, and hospitals. In the journey of her academic and professional life, more than 10 M.Phil. and 17 Ph.D students were guided by her. She has conducted more than 10 Ph.D. Viva for various Universities. Her interest areas of teaching and research are HR Analytics, Organizational Behaviour and Psychology. She has 75 research publications with citations 940, H-Index 14 and i10 Index 18 in various Emeralds and Scopus-indexed National and International Journals. She has approximately more than 39 FDP/ Workshop/Seminar attended, conducted, and organized on her expertise areas in India and Abroad.
