  • Introduction to communication skills, elements of effective public speaking, projection, pace, pitch, and pauses, role of verbal, non-verbal, and para-verbal communication. Barriers to effective communication, Art of Public Speaking, how to overcome fear of public speaking, Introduction to Presentation Skills, designing and delivering effective presentations, tailoring the content, techniques, and methods of presentation, effective platform skills
  • Understanding self, Self-esteem, elements of self-projection, highlighting oneself during projection, using SWOC analysis for crafting a powerful self-introduction
  • Importance of group discussions in professional settings, critical thinking, do's and don't in a group discussion, Idea generation techniques (KWA, VAP, SPELT, POP BEANS etc)
  • Interview Skills - Pre-interview preparation, JD and KYC, types of interview, resume justification, types of interview questions (CV-based, behavioral, situational, JD-based), Using art of storytelling and effective answering techniques as a strategy for handling common interview questions, effective answering techniques like WAR, CAST, STAR, CAR
  • Time Management: importance of managing time, identifying time wasters, time management techniques
