In order to extend an opportunity and financial aid to the group of students, taking admission at LPU, who could not perform well in the qualifying examination or do not have a good rank in National / State Level Entrance Test owing to various personal, academic or procedure specific reasons; LPU is conducting a test called LPU – Test for Financial Aid (LPU-TFA).

LPU as its endeavor towards the social corporate responsibility embraces upon LPU-TFA which will adjudge the ability in the said students and will provide them financial aid for their better tomorrow.

Who can Apply for LPU-TFA
Students after taking admission or provisional registration in LPU may apply for LPU-TFA.

Scheme of the Test
The Test will be conducted at the following levels:

	Level		After 10th (Matric)
	Level		After 10+2 (Science Stream: Medical and Non-Medical)
	Level		After 10+2 (Commerce/Humanities Stream)
	Level		After Graduation (for students admitted in MBA or MCA programmes)
	Level		For M.Ed  (Full Time) and M.Ed (Part Time)

How to Apply

• Applicant at the time of admission or after taking admission can apply for LPU-TFA by submitting the ‘Application for LPU-TFA’
  
  In person at the Department of Admissions at the University Campus or at the designated camp offices of the University or at such other places as specified by the University
  OR
  By registered post/UPC/courier at the University Campus only.
• The University will not be responsible for any loss or postal delay and applications received after the due date shall not be entertained. No correspondence/ inquiry will be entertained in this regard.

Valid Score required for Financial Aid:
Financial Aid to the students will be awarded on the basis of relative performance of the students appearing in the test.  Merit Lists will be prepared using Standard Score. Standard Score is the internationally validated procedure for taking care of the varying level of difficulty in various tests. The total financial aid to be provided by the University may be awarded among the students clearing the test in different Schedules.
