Fee will be accepted by Demand Draft / Pay Order drawn in favour of the concerned Faculty (details mentioned below) payable at “JALANDHAR” only at University Fee Deposit Counter.
ON LINE MODE: -
Those Students who wish to deposit their fee directly into bank accounts / E. Transfer,
to University Bank accounts by using on line mode have to follow the below mentioned steps:-
Fill all required particulars in “FEE DEPOSIT SLIP” and deposit the same anywhere in India in the University bank accounts.

After depositing the fee, punch the required information on the UMS by using following link UMS->NAVIGATION -> FEE -> “ON LINE FEE DEPOSITION INTIMATION”
After punching information Fee Receipts will be updated within 5 working days and
download the same your concern UMS.
If student’s Fee account is not updated within 5 days then the student should approach the accounts department along with relevant proof of deposit for updating of their fee accounts
EDUCATION LOAN DEMAND LETTER:
Those students who are availing education loan facilities are required to fill the requisition slip for collection of their Education Loan Demand Letter from student help desk counter of accounts department on or before 31.03.2011, so that they may timely get release of their education loan installment.

FEE EXTENSION:
Needy students who want to avail facilities of Fee Extension are required to deposit
at least 25-50% of their Term Fee before proceeding for Fee Extension (Except
Bank Loan Cases).
Fill Fee Extension Application alongwith parents request / under taking for fee
extension in payment of fee & proceed proper channel. And submit the same on or before specific date mentioned in fee structure at student help desk counter
for further processing.
Students are advised to deposit their Full Fee (without deduction of scholarship amount) otherwise late fee will be charged on balance amount as applicable. (If the student maintains CGPA =>8 then scholarship amount will be refundable.)
BATCH 2010:
Students are advised to deposit their Fee after deduction of scholarship amount which they avail at the time of admission
