means:
Video: 640x480 video resolution minimum, 24 fps minimum
Sound: 128 Kbps, 44,1 KHz, mono sound allowed
Use one of the common video formats (.avi, . flv, .mov, .mp4, .mpg, .wmv). The .FLV format is the most welcomed.
