Carrying along the vision of the university, one of the research oriented faculty members of Lovely Professional University, Assistant Professor Tejinder Singh has endeavoured in diverse fields to get selected for the 33rd edition of global reference source-‘Marquis Who's who in the World’. Serving the Discipline of Electronics & Electrical Engineering of the University, he has devoted himself to varied research and publication pursuits for the ultimate benefit of the society. His educational, professional and pre-frontal accomplishments, association and involvement in important international undertakings have got him selected for this prestigious publication.
‘Marquis Who's Who in the World’ has been the gold standard for biographical information for over 115 years, since 1889. Different editions of it provide concise, accurate biographies of renowned individuals from around the world, representing every major field of human endeavor. These editions include Nobel Prize winners, innovators/inventors, authors, athletes, academic professionals, judges, fashion professionals, entertainers and more. The coveted list does not include rich and famous alone, instead it is a compendium featuring more than 60,000 profiles of leading figures. Its recent 32nd edition covered biographies of prominent personalities including Satya Nadela (CEO of Microsoft), His Majesty Felipe VI (King of Spain), Michael Meighen (Chancellor of McGill University Canada) and many others.
Asstt. Prof Tejinder has been selected for this great biographical inclusion on analysis of his research works and other accomplishments. Such an inclusion is indeed a great documentation as this reference source is firmly relied upon by libraries, students, researchers, journalists, recruiters, universities, corporations and governments globe around. His notable achievements include his being an only invitee from India to Scotland, UK, as a Session Speaker in 4th International Symposium on Energy Challenges and Mechanics; being member of 8 Professional Societies of USA, UK and Australia; and, his getting selected as a scientific committee member in Thailand, along with 5 Indian professors from IITs and IIScs.
Similarly, Prof Tejinder’s notable researches include RF (Radio Frequency) MEMS (Micro electro mechanical Systems) designing and characterization. This research work can contribute to the development of high speed communication networks and energy efficient devices including mobile handsets, satellite communication networks and in RADARs. He has also been serving as Technical Program Committee Board Member of 34+ International conferences worldwide; and, in getting his many research papers published in refereed journals, where most of his co-authors are professors/scientists from Iran, Bahrain, Korea and CEERI-CSIR (India).
