Eligibility Criteria
(Qualifying Exam)		 (for Indian Applicants)

Pass in 10+2 or equivalent or relevant higher qualification (with Physics, Maths and English as compulsory subjects and any one of the following – Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Bio- Tech) with minimum 55% aggregate marks

*For B.Tech (Biotech) applicants : Pass in 10+2 or equivalent or relevant higher qualification (with Physics, Chemistry and English as compulsory subjects and anyone of the following - Biology or Mathematics) with minimum 55% aggregate marks.
 
(for International Applicants (NRI/PIO/Foreign Nationals residing outside India))

Apart from the fulfillment of entry and study requirements in India, International applicants will have to qualify the minimum eligibility criteria in respect of the qualifying examination, as stipulated for the respective programmes i.e.

Applicant must have completed 12 years of formal education at the School level or equivalent or relevant higher qualification with minimum aggregate marks or equivalent grades, as prescribed above for the respective programmes. (In certain countries ‘O’ level is accepted in case of 10th (matric) and ‘A’ level is accepted in case of 10+2 (12th))
Admission Criteria (for Indian Applicants)
Admission of the applicants qualifying the interview will be made in the following order
of preference:
(a) Rank in the AIEEE, 2009
(b) Merit in the qualifying examination.
4 Interview will be taken to determine the general level of communication abilities and therefore the applicants need not undergo any kind of professional coaching.

Apart from the fulfillment of the admission procedure for Indian applicants, International applicants must fulfill the special requisites as under:

TOEFL (code for LPU 3861)/IELTS (http://bandscore.ielts.org/) score will be required from the International applicants whose medium of study has not been English.

Mode of Payment
(I) Demand Draft/ Pay Order in favor of “LOVELY FACULTY OF TECHNOLOGY & SCIENCES” payable at JALANDHAR.
(ii) Cash to be deposited only at Counselling and Admission Department at the University Campus in Phagwara (Punjab).
(iii) Credit Card/Debit Card (only for online submission of Application)
Requisites • Personal interview at the University Campus only will be held twice a day at 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. Alternatively, interested applicants may appear for telephonic interview at the designated places at Delhi between 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Dates of interview will be displayed on the University website (www.lpu.in).
