Introduction to Division of International Affairs

The Division of International Affairs (DIA) is responsible for driving the University's internationalization strategy. DIA is a University-wide resource that supports University's international mission by developing and coordinating activities and services designed to create and enhance a globally aware and culturally diverse education and research environment.

We hope that you will find this site a useful reference point; whether you are making a recruitment decision or planning an overseas educational trip. DIA also indulges in hosting international visitors, launching new international programmes for Indian as well as overseas students and is responsible for the setting up and the management of Exchange Programmes & Internationsal Exposure Tours.

DIA is the arm of the Lovely Professional University specially dedicated to assist Overseas Students in their application process apropos studying at LPU, and during the time while they are students at the latter. DIA also participates in education exhibitions around the world to meet and counsel prospective students overseas.

DIA provides support and assistance to overseas students from application to arrival, and beyond. We work closely with our Admissions offices, Academic departments and Central Student Support Services Department.

DIA's activities involve support and feedback to the University management on internationalization issues, developing agreements for the academic exchange and research co-operation on a central level.
